Cadeaux Kitchen Party

Come experience the ultimate bakery kitchen party while learning  how to make pastry cream, swiss meringue, lemon curd and the secret to making a perfectly layered cake.  Expect some bumpin tunes, good company , snacks and a welcome cocktail.  Everyone goes home with a piece of cake.  Level of involvement during the demonstrations are up to you.  Get your hands dirty or don't but come for a good time.

Meet the Chef

Eleanor Waterfall brings over 20 years of pastry/baking experience, having worked as executive pastry chef in some of Vancouver’s top restaurants including Lumiere, Blue Water Cafe and Raw Bar, and Chambar Belgian Restaurant.

Prior to opening Cadeaux Eleanor ran the pastry programs at Chambar Belgian Restaurant, Medina Cafe, and the Dirty Apron Cooking School.  Eleanor opened Cadeaux Bakery in 2012 providing high quality baked goods, cakes, desserts and frozen treats made with natural and locally sourced ingredients.
